What data this website gathers, what it does with it, and what it does not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects your sex, age, self-rated health, tobacco status, the coverage you want, and the term length. These answers are sent to the carriers' quote system and are not kept by this website. No personal identifiers—name, address, phone, or email—are needed to see quotes. Identical repeated requests may pull from a temporary cache rather than hitting the quote service again.

Applying

If you proceed to the application, your answers move into a secure application managed by the carriers' platform under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), administers the process.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, your communication preference, a topic, and your message. Email sends it to the agency; your email is the reply address. No copy stays on this website; no submissions database exists; no message logs are kept. A brief fraud-prevention routine runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This website tracks page views with first-party, cookieless analytics served from the same domain. No cookies or site identifiers are stored; two bytes of your internet address are hidden before storage; query strings on the referring page are removed; raw logs are purged after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control status are excluded entirely.

What we do not do

Personal data is not sold or traded, tracking scripts are not used, and third-party analytics are not loaded. The only external code running on this site is the carrier application platform, which loads only on the apply page.
